Alert Magazine

Alert, The Drug & Alcohol Abuse Prevention Magazine, has been in publication since 1987 and is currently distributed to every high school in 7 western states.

Alert is published twice yearly in each of these states: Idaho, Montana, North & South Dakota, Colorado, Wyoming, and Washington. Colorado, Washington & Idaho are divided into two regions and two separate publications; North Colorado, South Colorado,- East Washington, West Washington - North & East Idaho, West & Central Idaho.

Alert awards a $500 scholarship with every publication to the graduating senior who writes the best drug and/or alcohol abuse related essay. For information/requirements regarding the scholarship, please see scholarship requirements .

Our magazine is free of charge to every high school and our supporters. paid Subscriptions are available, prices vary with each state, for information and subscription rates, call 1-800-398-0842 or e-mail us.
